Face-to-Face Services
- Upon returning home you can expect to be a priority appointment here at Choice Medical Group; We will coordinate and schedule your appointment within 48 hours.
- The first visit upon arriving home will consist of a full assessment with imaging and labs. This will allow us to create a specialized treatment plan. If you are a new patient, this is when you will meet your new provider.
- Your provider will assess your reports, prescriptions, medications and examine your current physical health. Based on their overall assessment, they will give recommendations for a stable and healthy recovery; Providers will schedule follow up visits based on the care plan at this time.
Interactive or Non Face-to-Face Services
- Access to qualified physicians, nurses and specialists by telephone, video conference, or e-mails.
- Our Team will assist you in the resolution of any of your health related concerns.
- We can dispatch imaging and lab technicians to your bedside and call or visit you with results and care plan within 48 hours.
- Our office staff is ready and available to ensure you have someone to call when you need it help most.
